OPRA provides overriding public policies in the legislative findings (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1) which must be considered during the handling of all OPRA requests for access to government records. Those public policies are:

Attached is the information requested by OPRA #642-23. The preliminary results and unit prices are all included, however, the engineer does not send our office the spreadsheets that they create during review of the bids. Therefore, the format requested is not available.
