Dear Union City,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

1. Why is Supervisor Yanci Gutierrez, wife of Jose Gutierrez, constantly calling out sick but yet picks up a lot of over time in the same time frame when she is "sick" while the city claims they have to restrict overtime???

2. Yanci is a horrible supervisor, how much time does she have in order to retire from Union City? She has been a problem since the day she got hired in Union City and dating Jose. We have been there from before the time she has been hired and she is a virus that caused so much drama in EMS for years!

3. Why is Yanci telling stories to new employees of a time she had sexual intercourse with a state trooper in an ambulance on a night shift to get back at jose years ago? This is what a supervisor does in Union City?
