IN order to avoid receiving an email from you asking for clarification for the term "invoice" and what specific years were are seeking said records for, please find the clarification below:

- - Being requested are all billing records (invoices, bills) received by the Township to the Triarsi, Betancourt, Wukovits and Dugan law firm and any of its representatives/employees for all the for services rendered for representing the Township of Clark during all the stages of the settlement agreement between the Township of Clark and Officer Manata, or his attorney. Since the Township was presented with non-filed complaint on 12/4/19 and the settlement agreement was signed by all parties on 1/29/20, we are requested all the billing records for 2019 and 2020
