Please provide a copy of all invoices submitted by Apruzzese, McDermott, Mastro & Murphy, P.C. and Purchase Orders made out to Apruzzese, McDermott, Mastro & Murphy, P.C. along with the back up for the months of January 2023, February 2023, March 2023 and April 2023. As you know, a Purchase Order is a document that must be submitted to an OPRA request immediately, you can email those separately from the invoices if you need to.

Please be advise the Borough is in receipt of your OPRA request. Attached please find a response to your request relating to Purchase Orders. Also please be advised that April is not available.
In relation to the remainder of your request the invoices will require review for redactions which we will need an extension until Friday, April 28th to complete. Should any information become available prior to this date you will be notified immediately.

Please be advised that redactions have been made. The basis for the redaction are noted throughout the bills and are based on the following exemptions:
• Redactions based on Attorney-Client Privilege (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1) are noted as “ACP”
• Redactions based on Attorney Work Product Privilege (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1) are noted as “AWP”
• Redactions based on Confidential Personnel information (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10) are noted as “Personnel”
