Itemized invoice

2) For the work performed by Meadow Ridge Construction, LLC
Signed Contract including scope of work to be completed and any listed subcontractors
Change Order(s) documentation: proposals, invoices, resolutions authorizing
Payroll Certifications for work completed (NJSA 34:11-56.25)
Proof of Prevailing Wage Paid by vendor

Welcome to the Township Ms. Rumage.  Thank you for the update.  
My previous OPRA I sent through OPRA Machine was responded to by your CFO
Ms. McDaniel.  This leads me to believe the Clerk email is monitored by
your CFO, I believe if Ms. Orlando is still out of the office she is still
accessing those emails.  
Please respond through the link provided on OPRA machine. Ms. McDaniel was
able to do so.
