Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

The South Bound Brook Police Department received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on June 16, 2026. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is June 26, 2026. This response to your request is being provided to you on the 7th business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.
The list below identifies the records that being denied in whole or in part as well as the legal basis for each denial, as is required by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-6:
• All invoices from RJH Law Enforcement Consultants (Raymond Hayducka) to South Bound Brook from January 1, 2018, to today, June 16, 2026
Invoice dated March 7, 2022 provided with redactions. Redactions were made to delete personal information and personnel identity. N.J.S.A 47:1A-1 allows exemptions from disclosure of citizen’s personal information in the interest of privacy. N.J.S.A 47:1A-10 exempts personnel records.

Denied in entirety. N.J.S.A 47:1A-10 exempts personnel records (i.e. police internal affairs records). N.J.S.A 47:1A-1.1 exempts advisory, consultative or deliberative material.
