Dear Kennedy, Harold,

Please note that the invoices/bills and contracts that I requested as per the GRC I should have been granted "immediate access to budgets, bills, vouchers, contracts (including collective negotiations agreements and individual employment contracts)," which in this case I was not.

Additionally, the invoices for Critchley were 99% redacted in stark comparison to the bills requested for Varady. Can you please explain why the bills for Critchley were so heavily redacted if these are considered public records under OPRA? I await your cogent response.
