Invoice of Body Camera Purchase in the Police Department

On 8/31/2023 you submitted an OPRA request to Montville Township. The

The Township provides responsive records to your request item as follows:
Items 1, 3 and 4 (total number of body cameras currently deployed in the
police department; year and month of initial deployment of body cameras to
police officers; and dates of initial body camera assignment for each
officer currently employed) are invalid under OPRA since they ask a
question or seek information rather than identifiable records. (New Jersey
Builders Association v. New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing, 390
N.J.Super. 166, 180 (App. Div. 2007).
However, in an effort to respond to your request, the Township is
providing the attached documents from which you should be able to
determine the information you are seeking.
