Invoice of Body Camera Purchase in the Police Department
Dear Elk Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Total number of body cameras currently deployed in the police department.
2. Date on which body cameras were deployed to any of the police officers for the first time (year and month).
3. All invoices of body cameras purchases (if body cameras were purchased).
4. Dates of initial body camera assignment for each police officer currently employed.

If you are sending an email to schedule a bulk trash pick up please
provide your property address, name, phone number and a complete list of
the items you would like to have picked up.
The next available bulk pick up on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023 , and the
next available metal pick up will be Wednesday, October 4th, 2023.
To schedule a pick up, please include your NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE # and a
detailed list of what you would like picked up. Please list metal items
separately. If the item is not on the list it will not be picked up.

2251, 2252 and 2286 were issued cameras on April 1, 2022.

◦ Badge# 2255 was issued a camera on August 19, 2022.

request that the Elk Twp. C.F.O. provide the invoices sought in your
original OPRA request. Please reference the attached document labeled
“OPRA Request- Invoices” for item #3 in your request. This final action
completes the Elk Twp Police Departments response to your OPRA request.
