Investigation regarding improper waste disposal at PRHS

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Ocean County Health Department should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Ocean County Health Department,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I certify under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3 that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

During the summer and fall of 2017, the roof at Pinelands Regional High School was replaced. This construction is still ongoing. Pinelands Regional High School is part of Pinelands Regional School District in Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey.

Please provide all documentation and correspondence related to any investigation of improper waste disposal at the high school during the year of 2017. In particular, please provide documentation and correspondence related to debris, dust, or materials from this project crossing property lines.
