2. The first name, last name, badge/identification number, and rank of the supervisor(s) who reviewed the police reports completed by the investigator(s)/detective(s) referenced in #1 above.

3. The case number, date the case was initiated, and date the case was closed for the investigation referenced in #1 above.

4. The unit(s) of assignment for the public officials outlined in #1 and #2 above.

Note: This request is NOT for the actual investigations but instead for public officials who conducted or participated in the investigations as described in more detail above.
