Your request for the below information is denied pursuant to Alicea v.
City of Hoboken Police Department, GRC Complaint 2011-103 (February 2013),
Rivera v. City of Plainfield, Police Department, GRC Complaint 2009-317
(May 2011) and N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 which states that "[a] government record
shall not include [...] security measures and surveillance techniques
which, if disclosed, would create a risk to the safety of persons or
property."
