Dear Jackson Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

Records Requested:
-Release all dashcam, bodycam footage, and any audio from (6:42PM), 18:42 & after from report : CAD 25-053619. SPECIFICALLY, when report says “ Spoke to the caller who advised she wanted a welfare check on her brothe” -Entered by PO #332 Joshua Gonzalez AT 18:42.

-This is an ongoing OPRA request. This is PROOF that Jackson Police had contact with the Caller. Requesting all dash cam, bodycam, audio footage that is required to be to be captured by NJ law.
If there is no footage of a clearly, recorded time where officers had contact with individual “Marissa Rosato” who made the call of a false alarm welfare check to 309 Wellington Ct, Jackson, NJ On 6/23/2025. I saw with my own two eyes that police clearly were speaking to her in-person outside my house.

- If there truly, is no footage of when police had contact with caller, “Marissa Rosato” at 6:42PM(18:42 on YOUR report) I need a written statement by officers on what was said by caller.

-Statement Requested by Superiors of responding officers as to why Body Worn Cameras were supposedly NOT RECORDING when “ Spoke to the caller who advised she wanted a welfare check on her brothe” -Entered by PO #332 Joshua Gonzalez on 6/23/25 CAD#25-053619 on report sent on previous OPRA.
I WILL ESCALATE THIS.

-Investigation on false alarm welfare check made by “Marissa Rosato” making a dangerous, retaliatory call to first responders.

I am also requesting an INTERNAL REVIEW. This is unacceptable. Bodycam footage was either not recorded or not provided in original OPRA request made. Jackson police refuses to charge her with multiple complaints. Please do your job.

WHERE IS FOOTAGE REQUIRED BY NJ LAW OF JACKSON OFFICERS CLEARLY SPEAKING TO THE CALLER “MARISSA ROSATO” WHO MADE THE FALSE ALARM CALL?
