Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

Records requested:

-All complaints about Michael Wicke Esq. Public Defender from Monmouth County office, 7 Broad St. Freehold NJ be released. This includes any current or past disciplinary action. Be released immediately upon request.
-Emails or official communications sent/received as a public employee be released. Any official communications between Michael Wicke and a government official, like a prosecutor, detective, etc be released also, immediately upon request. (This includes E-Mail: “[email address]”, & Phone Number: “732-997-####”, and any other form of official communication he sent/received as a public employee be released as per request), excluding any compromising information about any past/current clients of public employee “Michael Wicke Esq”.
-Any public records like licenses/degrees, budgets, documents relating to government operation(including any charity work and where funds went to and came from), salaries, for this individual “Michael Wicke Esq.” Be released immediately upon request.
-Budgets & salaries for any all operations of Monmouth County Public Defender’s Office, where individual is employed, Be released immediately upon request.
-Any and all complaints made against Monmouth County Public Defender’s Office, Be released immediately upon request.
-List of superiors and their contacts. Be released immediately upon request.
-State what position he current holds at Public Defender’s Office. Must be released immediately upon request.
-Official document there is an internal review and the public defender out of Monmouth county, “Michael Wicke” is being reviewed by superiors. Must be released immediately upon request.
-Any documented times “Michael Wicke Esq.” has failed to appear, or didn’t properly represent their client as a public defender/attorney. Be released immediately upon request.
-Bar license status and standing. Be released immediately upon request.
-Law school attended, graduation year. Be released immediately upon request.
-State-mandated continuing legal education (CLE) records. Be released immediately upon request.
-Certifications or areas of specialty. Be released immediately upon request.
•Please Note, do not include any compromising information about any clients of the Public Defender’s Office.
