Records requested
The written policy, procedures given to train dispatchers of the keansburg police department to accept complaints against officers. Specifically the policy used to train the dispatcher, written by the command staff so that the dispatcher is in compliance with attorney general orders on taking complaints. The public has a clear interest in knowing if the command staff of the borough of keansburg bothered to properly train its employees.

The recordings of phone calls made to the dispatcher at 8:39 am, 8:45am ,9:13 am, 10:06 am . On October 22, 2020.
