Dear Passaic County Prosecutor's Office,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1) All reports filed by the Borough of Haledon Police Department submitted to the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office pursuant to the New Jersey Attorney General's Internal Affairs Policy and Procedures from 2019 to present.

2) Any records related to any policy or procedures of the Passaic County Prosecutor, from 2019 to present, for failure of any police department to timely file reports due under the New Jersey Attorney General's Internal Affairs Policy and Procedures
