Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I am respectfully requesting access to and copies of all releasable records pertaining to Internal Affairs Investigation Case No. 23-16852, which I understand was conducted by Lt. Peter Sundack and involved Officer Charles Grainger of the Toms River Police Department.

As the complainant in this matter, I am requesting:
