Dear Atlantic City Housing Authority,
Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide the following:
1) copies of all contracts in effect with John Clarke and/or Sunbelt Industries, Inc.
2) copies of all advertisements/notices posted for the Interim Executive Director position
3) copies of all applications and resumes received from candidates for the Interim ED position
4) copies of all recommendations received in support of candidates for the Interim ED position
5) a copy of resolution 9590-08-22
6) a copy of the minutes of the August 1, 2022 meeting of the Board of Commissioners
Additionally, under OPRA, please provide the following information for Interim ED John Clarke: salary, payroll record, length of service, and the amount and type of any pension received.
