Interactions with Marc Jellinek on 5 Dec 2023
Dear East Brunswick Police Department,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Please forward all interactions between people I spoke with on the East Brunswick Police Department Non-Emergency number. Incoming calls from 908-230-3197 and 347-433-5775.
This includes the dispatcher, officers, records, IA.
It is my intention to demonstrate before a court that I've been given the run around, hung up on, lied to, disrespected, insulted, harassed, abused, threatened and been exposed to retribution and retaliation by each and all of these individuals over a long period of time.
It is my intention to hold each individual responsible for their individual actions and choices under color of authority and with the authority of a law enforcement organization. If this is a matter of policy, then it is my intention that the author of the policy will be held responsible. If the policy is correct, but imperfectly implemented, it is my intention that the monitor of the policy will be held responsible.
Please refer to my prior requests, all of which are well past the due date set by the Congress of the United State in the Open Public Records Act (OPRA). I believe this to be willful, endemic, systemic and illegal. I wish to have the opportunity to prove my case in the appropriate state and federal courts.
Yours faithfully,
Marc Jellinek
