Dear East Brunswick Police Department,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Audio and Video recordings plus transcripts of interactions with Marc Jellinek at the desk of the East Brunswick Police Department where:

Marc Jellinek attempted to report a missing person (done, resolved)

Check on the status of open OPRA requests (no information provided - referred to Records which does not respond to email, fax, phone or registered mail and is visibly reluctant to provide records within the limits of OPRA). They have yet to satisfy a single legal request.

Check on the status of open Internal Affairs reports (no information provided - request denied)

Make additional Internal Affairs reports (denied by the desk and the station commander) (violations of policy, NJ state law and federal law, including ADA, constitutional violations and just generally being an asshole).

Specific charges will be documented in a letter sent via registered mail to the Mayor, Chief of Police, Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office and the Office of the State (NJ) Attorney General (courtesy in preparation for upcoming litigation).

Check on the status of open charges against Dr. Steven Ira Dyckman, who has over 100 complaints online for prescribing addictive benzodiazapines to at-risk teens, for which parents blame a signification number of episodes of addiction, degradation, prostitution and other consequences of being suddenly denied access to their medication.... all against the expressed wishes of the parents and other custodians. (denied opportunity by Station Commander walking away and threating me with legal action, to which I invited him to arrest me, no arrest made.

Consider this a cease-and-desist.

Start doing your jobs and following the law or I will present all of these facts to a judge, jury, grand jury, as well as state and federal congressional committees (not my first rodeo. nor my second).
