Marc Jellinek received an incoming phone call from 732-390-7024 at 908-230-3196 from an unknown person identifying themselves as the clerk from Sayreville. This was in response to a message I left yesterday 19 Dec 2023.

I reiterate my request for a complete list of OPRA requests filed with the Borough and their status.

I reiterate my request for a complete list of police reports involving Marc Jellinek and the Sayreville Police.

I reiterate my request for a complete list of police officers and Borough personnel who have interacted with Marc Jellinek.

I reiterate my request for any and all notes in regards to these interactions.

I reiterate my request for this to come in writing in a single, comprehensive document with references to individual documents.

I reiterate my request for any off-channel communications, including personal mobile devices from each person listed.

I reiterate my request for all further interactions to be done in writing, in a form discoverable and acceptable by the courts.

I reiterate my request to immediately cease harassment, aggressive and provocative behavior from ALL employees of the Borough of Sayreville NJ. I am no longer willing to be yelled at, cursed at or berated. I do not consent to any participation that includes these behaviors. This includes the police and any other employee of the Borough of Sayreville NJ
