This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Please provide all available documentation and recordings of interactions with Marc Jellinek. This should include a call to the non-emergency phone line made at approximately 13:45 as well as any returned calls from someone identifying themselves as "Jessica" from the PULSSE team, phone number 732-525-5467.
Please include any incident reports, notes, analysis, recommendations or follow-up actions taken by any person acting under the authority of the Sayreville Police. I am only aware of the person identifying themselves as "Jessica" and the dispatcher answering the non-emergency line. Any subsequent interactions in regards to my initial interactions are to be disclosed with all participants identified by name, position, employer, email address, mailing address and phone number.
