Marc Jellinek called the Middlesex County Board of Social Services, call originating from 908-230-3196 to 732-745-3500 to ask questions about the application process.

For the second time, the person answering the phone hung up and transferred me to a "supervisor".

I received a phone call at 908-230-3196 from 732-745-3500 from "supervisor". The supervisor refused to allow me to ask complete questions nor provided any answers. The became increasingly combative, obstructive and argumentative.

Please provide a recording of this call, a transcript of this call, any notes related to this call. As I am held to a standard of behavior, so are the employees of the State of NJ and the County of Middlesex. It is my contention that I have met my obligations while the State and the County have not.
