This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I was called by a "screener" who identified themselves only as "Wilson". The call was made to my phone number 908-230-3196 from 732-745-3500, identified on my phone at Middlesex County Board of Social Services.
I have asked a number of questions of "Wilson" which he was unable or unwilling to answer. He became obstructive and argumentative. He transferred me to his "supervisor", who was on the call, but refused to answer the transferred call.
Please provide audio recordings and transcripts associated with this call, including any notes. This is in regards to case S-561523, my request for TANF, SNAP and any other homelessness prevention services available from the State of NJ, County of Middlesex

Please allow this to acknowledge receipt of your public records request
seeking "audio recording and transcripts" relating to a phone call you had
with a purported employee of the Middlesex County Board of Social
Services. Unfortunately, the County does not maintain any records
responsive to this request particularly as the Board of Social Services
would be the custodian of such records, if they exist. An OPRA request can
