This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Please provide a written and audio recording of the interaction between Marc Jellinek and the Sayreville Police Department on 19 Dec 2023. Please identify, by name, every participant in the call.

Mr. Jellinek requested instructions on how to get an appointment with the Chief of Police. This request was politely refused and Mr Jellinek was disconnected, unable to receive this very basic information. Mr Jellinek views this as obstructive.

The phone call originated from 908-230-3196 and was to 732-727-4444 at approximately 8:38 am Eastern standard time on 19 Dec 2023.
