Records requested: I’m requesting the inspection Report from the Department of Health & the Buildings Department for 5205 JFK Blvd East WNY, NJ 07093 from dates 11/2019 to present. Landlord has made no repairs thus far. I need to figure out the next step.

Dear Town of West New York,

I am writing to request an internal review of Town of West New York's handling of my OPRA request 'Inspection report 5205 JFK Blvd East'.

I made an official complaint back in November 2019 & nothing was resolved. I was visited many times by Inspector Robert Gil. I have many email communication, text, phone calls and video footage to confirmed this. I then placed a second complaint with The Buildings Department in May of this year due to NO repairs being done. Inspector Frank Stallone was there and according to him he wrote up 25 violations. I don’t understand how there are no records at all! I have many problems including structural, plumbing problems & mold. How is it possible that no records exist. I hope to have a more detail response to my OPRA request as it is my right under the law.
