Dear Weehawken Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Any and all complaints, reports, or correspondence submitted to Weehawken, NJ regarding building work permits or construction or repair activity at Riva Pointe - 600 Harbor Boulevard Weehawken, NJ 07086 from September 1, 2025 through December 1, 2025.
Specifically, I am requesting documents that identify the individual(s) or entity who filed the complaint(s) if such information is not exempt from disclosure.

Good afternoon,
The Township of Weehawken the “Township” is in receipt of your Open Public
Records Act Request (OPRA) with respect to the above referenced matter
received on December 9, 2025. As per said request and on behalf of the
Township Clerk, please note the Township acknowledges said OPRA request
was due a response on the 7^th business day today, December 18, 2025.
However, the Township is hereby requesting an additional seven (7)
business days within which to comply with same. As you are aware OPRA
allows custodians to seek extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A.
47:1A-5i. Therefore, at this time the Township will require an additional
seven (7) business days to respond to same which will begin to run from
the original response due date of December 18, 2025.
