and 3. OCDC Deaths in Custody for the years 2022 and 2023’.  Please note,
redactions have been made to the Injury Reports in accordance with
the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).

OPRA:  RIGHT OF APPEAL
