47:1A-9.a  which recognizes exemptions from disclosure contained in
regulations promulgated under the authority of any statute and N.J.A.C.
10A:22-2.3(a) which designates as confidential “A report or record
relating to an identified individual, which, if disclosed, would
jeopardize the safety of any person or the safe and secure operation of
the correctional facility or other designated place of confinement.”

 

Your request is also denied under the Common Law right of access as your
interest in the requested material does not outweigh the County’s interest
in nondisclosure.

 

Your request is now closed. You have a right to challenge the decision by
the County of Ocean to deny access. At your option, you may either
