Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of all citizen initiative petitions submitted in 2024 seeking the adoption of an ordinance, including all petition pages/packets, all communications with the Committee of Petitioners, all certifications made by you regarding the petition(s), and all memoranda from the Law Dept. regarding same.
