Information regarding the pursuit on the date of 2/18.
Dear Town of Westfield,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
All WPD patrol vehicle gps data, MVR, BWR and radio transmissions during the time of the pursuit on the date of 2/18. All prepared investigation, CAD report, supplemental and MV pursuit forms as required by the AG Guideline.
My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

Dear Town of Westfield,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Town of Westfield's handling of my OPRA request 'Information regarding the pursuit on the date of 2/18.'.
Please review the actions taken by Officer Forcenito. His driving actions are a clear violation of the NJ Attorney General Pursuit Policy by “heading off” the car and not allowing suspect car to pass or it could be considered “boxing in” as described in the policy. Please provide Officer Forcenito’s pursuit report as it was not attached.
In addition, please review Officer Picciano’s clear violation of NJ Attorney General Pursuit Policy for initiating a pursuit for a motor vehicle violation.
If disciplinary actions were taken against these officers please advise and provide findings. I will be submitting video to Union County Prosecutor’s Office and Attorney Generals Office for review
