Information regarding the defects and proposed fix for the new roof on the High School building

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All information and correspondence throughout the 2018-2019 years including meeting minutes, emails, and or audio recording records of meetings between school officials, Pinelands Board of Education, Steve Brennan, BOE construction comitee, etc... with representitives of Tremco Roofing, New Roads Construction, Garrison Architects, and Kobithen Roofing regarding defects with the new roof.
Ie. bubbles in roofing materials at multiple locations of the new roof on top of the high school building, which was confirmed by Garrison Archetics to be an issue which resulted in representives from Tremco roofing flying from Ohio to N.J. to inspect said roof defects.

Good afternoon,
Please be advised that I am the Custodian of Records for the Pinelands
Regional School District Board of Education (the “Board”). I am in
receipt of your April 2019 request (the “Request”) for records pursuant to
the Open Public Records Act (“OPRA” or the “Act”). Please be advised that
the Board Offices were closed from 12pm on Friday April 19 until 8am on
April 29, 2019 and your request was received on Monday April 29th. The
Request seeks:
1. All information and correspondence throughout the 2018-2019 years including meeting minutes, emails, and or audio recording records of meetings between school officials, Pinelands Board of Education, Steve Brennan, BOE construction committee, etc... with representatives of Tremco Roofing, New Roads Construction, Garrison Architects, and Kobithen Roofing regarding defects with the new roof.

The District has begun to process your request for the time period you
indicate; however, the District will need an extension of time to produce
the records, as your request is voluminous. The District will provide you
with a response by June 17, 2019 which is reasonable given the volume of
the requested records. See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(g) and N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i).
Please be advised that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(c), the Board may
assess a special service charge for the time and resources it costs Board
personnel to comply with your request. I will advise you of this cost
once known prior to proceeding with your request.
