2. Copy of any open permit or violation outstanding at this time;
3. Copy of any permit or approval for the removal or decommissioning of an underground storage tank
4. Copy of all documents regarding rent control of this unit establishing current allowed rental of the unit.
5. Any special or added tax assessment open at this time.
