Dear New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

- The six-month deviation report for the period from January 1 2022 through June 30 2022, the annual adjustment combustion process report conducted on November 4, 2021 and submitted on December 8, 2022 (PEA 220001).
- Affirmative Defense submitted related to an exceedance of carbon monoxide emissions concentration from the Turbine and Duct Burner (operating permit BOP180001, U18, OS2, Ref #21) on June 10 & 14, 2021 (PEA 210001).
- Affirmative Defense submitted related to an exceedance of NOx emissions concentration from the Turbine and Duct Burner (operating permit BOP120001, U18, OS2, Ref #21) on June 30, 2017 (PEA 210001).
- Combustion Adjustment reports for the Duct Burner (E22), Boiler #1 (E23) and Boiler #2 (E24) conducted in November 2016 and 2019 and submitted 3/31/2021 (PEA 210001).
- Annual combustion adjustment record for 2017 submitted in February 2018 (PEA 210001).
2018 Annual Combustion Adjustment Report and requests for submission for the Report (PEA 210001).
- 2020 annual combustion adjustment records for the Cogeneration Plant Turbine Duct Burner (E22), Boiler #1 (E23) and Boiler #2 (E24) submitted 3/31/2021 (PEA 210001).
- Protocol submitted to EMS for Operating Permit BOP120001, U18 - Combustion Turbine received on March 12, 2018 (PEA 210001).
- NOx exceedance report of 0.09 lb/MMBtu for U18 Turbine on February 29, 2016 (PEA 170001).
Documents and records associated with settlement agreement (NEA 210001) related to concentration exceedances (including but not limited to February 12, 2018; June 26, 27, 28, and 29, 2019; October 24, 2016) of NOx and Carbon Monoxide from turbine BOP120001.
