This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) Any and all Freehold Township Police Department policies referencing and in regards to the practice of police officers identifying themselves by name and/or badge number to members of the general public when requested, and/or by individuals the police officers make contact with in the course of their duties, when requested by those individuals.
2) Any and all Freehold Township Police Department policies referencing and in regards to the display of name tags, name plates, name patches, badges, and/or badge numbers.
3) Full roster list of all Freehold Township police officers' names, ranks, corresponding badge numbers, and length of time with the department.
4) Any and all Freehold Township Police Department policies referencing and in regards to the conduct of police officers when engaging/making contact with the public.
5) Any and all Freehold Township Police Department training records within the last 365 days referencing it's officer's knowledge of Constitutional Rights and/or the legality of public photography.
6) Any and all Police Academy Training and OTJ Field Training records for Police Officer Joseph Crono (Badge #265) and the FTO Certification records of any and all officers training Mr. Crono in the field.
7) Any and all disciplinary records for and/or complaints filed against Police Officer Karl White (Badge #232).
8) Any and all CAD reports between the hours of 17:00 and 21:00 on 03/16/2018.
9) Any and all reports filed regarding two individuals taking photos/video on and around Freehold Township Municipal Complex grounds during the date of 03/16/2018.
10) Any and all calls for service given to Police Officer Crono (265) and/or Police Officer White (232) and/or to police vehicle 640, between the hours of 17:00 and 21:00 on 03/16/2018.
11) Any and all audio radio transmissions regarding individuals taking photos/video on and around the Municipal Complex on 03/16/2018, and/or those individuals leaving the area, and/or their vehicle information.
12) Audio recording of phone call placed to watch commander Lt. Lawrence Loos approximately 18:00 hours on 03/16/2018 regarding an officer identified incorrectly as "262" who refused to identify himself.
13) Any and all police officers' body camera footage of contact with photographers on Municipal Complex grounds on 03/16/2018.
14) Any and all police vehicles' dash camera footage of photographers on/around/departing Municipal Complex grounds on 03/16/2018.
15) Any and all Surveillance Camera footage gathered in regards to photographers on Municipal Complex grounds on 03/16/2018.
