B) Sent to, received by, forwarded to, or copied to the mayor of Chesterfield, any Chesterfield council person, any person with email address ending with @williams.com, any person with an email address ending with @co.williams.com, any officer or employee of either Williams or Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, and/or any person acting on behalf of any of the above;
