Dear Buena Borough Fire District #2,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

As Director of Public Safety and to you as Chairman of Fire Dist 2 Commissioners I am asking for a list of the following from the:

Fire Commissioners:
-all Commissioners names addresses and contact information, current term start/end date, total time as Commissioner
-a list of all items, assets, properties, accounts that were transferred from Dist #1 to Dist #2 as part of the Dist #1 dissolution. In Ord 701 Sec. 3, "a copy of all documents and records pertaining to same shall be delivered to the Borough Clerk of the Borough of Buena forthwith." Ive asked for these copies or a list before and was told it does not exist, yet I read in Dist #2 minutes that this list does exist.
-a copy of Dist 2 Fire commissioners By-Laws

Minotola Fire Company:
-a Roster of all current Minotola Fire Co members and their titles
-contact information for the President and the Fire Chief
-Drivers License numbers of all Minotola Fire Co members operating vehicles owned by the Fire District to confirm they are in good standing with the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission (a copy of DL)
-List and Copies of required DFS certifications for all Minotola Fire Co line Officers and their call sign
-A copy of the Minotola Fire Co Bylaws
-List of the Minotola Fire Companies’ current Executive Board and addresses
-a list of current fire fighting equipment / apparatus, titled, registered, owned by Dist 1 and or Min Fire Co
- for vehicles please list year, make, model, vin# and approx value (a copy of the reg or title will be fine with approx value,
- any other equipment / apparatus estimated to be valued over $500.
please forward this or provide me the contact information for the Fire Chief or the President for Min Fire Co.
