Dear Gloucester Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Any correspondence to Venice Realty/Penn Properties regarding complaints to Code enforcement or Public Services from tenants about heat being shut off prior to June 1,2022 or any complaints about sewage coming into units,or any major defects that the owners have been given summons for to fix,and what was the outcome? Basically neglect issues that the two had to come out to address at Blackwood Falls from Jan 2020 to June 2022!
