Building Department:
1. Worksheet showing all permits, approvals and violations for last ten (10) years;
2. Copy of any open permit or violation
3. Copy of any permit and/or approval for the removal of any underground tank or decommissioning of underground tank at any time.
4. Copy of permit and/or approval for conversion from oil to another fuel source at any time

Tax/Finance Department
1. Copy of any tax, sewer, etc. lien
2. Any special or added assessment
