We received this OPRA request over the weekend.
Your OPRA was received on February 21, 2023 the deadline for you to
receive the requested information is March 2, 2023. As per the Police
Department, a ten (10) day extension, until March 16, 2023, is needed for
the redaction of the BWC footage. If the BWC footage is done prior to
March 16, it will be provided to you ASAP at your personal email address
that you provided.

Separately the fifteen BWC videos you requested were sent to this same
email address by the Little Egg Harbor Police Department Lieutenant. As
per the Police Department, Global subject activity reports, Indictments,
Criminal information forms, Plea forms, sentencing information and
dispatch logs, Little Egg Harbor Township does not have or maintain those
records.
