Dear OPRABCPO,

The arrest was made on Wednesday, September 24th. It is possible it had not reached your offices yet. This had happened in BJs Wholesale Club in Maple Shade, the individual was alleged to be using a fake receipt to take Red Bull. The Maple Shade Police Department stated we had to put a request into your offices. Having spoken with the arresting officer, Officer McClintock #1088, we were also directed to your office. Is it possible that charges had yet to be filed, of they had only been filed after the request?

Yours sincerely,

Kyle F
