This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

I am asking for the arrest report, incident report, and body cam/dash cam footage if available for the incident where Sgt. Rich Bosley arrested Paul C. Williams. This was in regards to him disobeying police orders and filming the MVA yesterday on private property. Thank you, and the dates to use are 06/27/2018-06/28/2018.0

The Jackson Township Police Department has advised that any and all information pertaining to the arrest of Paul C. Williams must be obtained through the Ocean County Prosecutors Office, as this is an indictable offense and jurisdiction lies with the County.
