Dear Bloomfield Board of Education,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I'm requesting any and all email documents, and open and closed meeting minutes regarding the reasons for terminating Frank Espositos SEPAC contract. Also include records of discipline, sexual misconduct, misappropriation of funds and litigation stemming from his employment period. This would have occurred around May of 2012 and I'm requesting records for a twelve month period leading up to termination. Please include emails to and from the school attorney and board of education, school attorney and Frank Esposito and any and all emails from Frank Espisitos school email address to the school board and the schools attorney regarding discipline, sexual misconduct, misappropriation of funds. Finally please include formal review documentation that was completed during his entire time of employment.

Lastly please provide all mentioned records by uploading to the OPRA portal in an expeditious manner within the required seven business day limit.
