Info about new concession stand at Main Street beach entrance

I am seeking information about who has rights to sell food at the new concession stand located at Main St. and Beachway. If there was a bid granted, I am seeking copies of all bids for the right to utilize the concession stand for this coming season. Thank you.

There was an advertised Notice to Bidders for proposals to Lease the Beach Pavilion for the 2023 Season. Copies of the Notice to Bidders and Bid Specifications are on the Borough's Website on the homepage under the heading "Keansburg Headlines".
I have attached a copy of the Resolution of Award above. The winning Proposal was received from Elli's Backyard of Red Bank.
