Would you kindly provide some specifics as to which indictments you are requesting? I am trying to avoid a denial based on an overbroad request. Given the way our records are kept, I also see a viable argument that the request, in its current form, would require research.

Thanks for your reply. My request was seeking copies of all indictments filed during the month of December. Can you indicate approximately how many records that would be?
Would it be easier if I narrowed/changed my request to be for *a list of* (or spreadsheet of) the indictments from December 2023, with name, date of indictment, municipality, charges, etc.? Let me know your thoughts.

A list would be feasible. I can get that to you either today or Monday. Thereafter, if you still need specific indictments based on the list, we can talk.
