Indecent behavior code (repealed)
Please accept this as my request for government records under both OPRA and the common law right of access. Thank you very much for your commitment to transparent government.
BACKGROUND:
On September 28, 2009, the Township Committee passed Ordinance No. 2009-33 that repealed § 107-10, (Indecent behavior). The Township Committee took this action in response to my request, in my capacity of Chairman of the New Jersey Libertarian Party's Preempted Ordinance Repeal Project. Unfortunately, I did not retain a copy of the repealed § 107-10 in my files.
RECORDS REQUESTED:
1. If the Township still retains a copy of § 107-10 as it existed immediately prior to its repeal, that would satisfy my request.
2. If no record is responsive to No. 1 above, I would like a copy of Ord. No. 9-9-1975 and Ord. No. 92-7 as these should allow me to determine the full text of the repealed § 107-10.
