Resolution(s) and all, inclusive communications on grant administration as well appropriation of funds – extending to CTCL, CEIR, HAVA, CARES Act, NJ Safe Voting, etc. Inclusive of applications in use of funds and all associated contracts which resulted from receipt of subject grant funds, inclusive but not limited to temporary staffing, inclusive of W9 associated legally informed reporting forms. Should the requested documents result in the need to be obtained from other departments kindly advise.

Thank you for your reply and request for timeline clarification. I am seeking communication from the subject organizations, entities and non-profits for the calendar periods of:
1. 2019 leading up to the 2020 primary and general election. 2. 2020 leading up to the 2021 primary and general election. 3. 2021 leading up to the 2022 primary and forthcoming general election. Such communication should include those from the State as a conduit for the subject organizations, et al. in dissemination to the Counties, inclusive of Sussex. Should you need further clarification, please advise. Thank you for your time and courtesies.

Hi Cathy,
Unfortunately we find that your request is overly broad, undefining, and further clarification is necessary. If you can kindly provide the specific documents that you are seeking I can locate and provide them to you. For example, requesting “communication from subject organization, etc” does not define such communications. However, “2019 resolution granting authorization to purchase abc equipment” is something I can search for.
Please refine your request and resubmit it with a clear definition of what you are seeking and we'll be happy to help.

As further clarification to my OPRA request I am seeking copies of resolutions regarding the appropriation of the grants referred to in my request as well as any and all supporting documents/ contracts etc. pertaining to those funds being granted and the allocation of those funds. In my previous email I clarified the timeframe as well.
Please advise when I should expect a reply with this information, I realize how busy the Board of Elections Officials are and that the FOIA request may be abundant, I hope this helps to expedite my request.

Thank you for your August 15th email which further clarifies your OPRA request on August 1, 2022. In response, please know that the Board of Elections does not have any resolutions pertaining to appropriation of grants, regardless of the time frame requested.
