Just confirming that only 9 of the 12 lists were sent. I did not receive the following 3 lists, so perhaps they produced no results: Animal Complaints - Abuse, Animal Complaints - Loose, Dispute.

Sorry, that was my fault. The PD did state that there are no records responsive for Animal Complaints- Abuse, Animal Complaints - Loose or Dispute.
