Dear Chief Michael P. Kelly,

Thank you for your quick response to my OPRA request. It appears that there are several pages (Pages 3-6) missing from incident "Shots Fired" on 05/22/2021. I am requesting the full report for that incident. If denying access to the full report please indicate which statutes and provisions of OPRA are being used to restrict access to the document.

Yours sincerely,

Richard Petty
