As per your OPRA request, please see the attached requested documents from the East Windsor Police Department. Please note that for Item #1 of your request, several incident reports have been denied release pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1a-1.1, et seq., due to medical information, victim’s information or information pertaining to a criminal investigation. The specific denials have been outlined in the attached response.

In regards to item # 1, it seems everything you sent is for random addresses listed as Windsor Regency. I did not request those addresses. Could you please re-check and send me anything from the address I did request: 45 Old Millstone Drive.

Good morning,
The address 45 Old Millstone Drive is located in the Windsor Regency apartment complex so we provided all incident reports for that specific address, encompassing all apartment units at that street address. The records provided are for 45 Old Millstone Drive. However, we do have two other streets in East Windsor, Millstone Road and Millstone Drive. Can you please clarify if you are seeking records for a different address?
